Using Pomodoro
Choose Classic for 25 minutes of focus and a 5-minute break, or Deep work for 50 and 10. Custom opens Settings, where you can adjust all three lengths. Each fourth focus round is followed by a long break, 15 minutes by default.
Add an optional focus task. It stays with your session and is saved for your next visit.
Each phase waits for you by default. Settings lets you start breaks and focus periods automatically, separately. With a time-up sound enabled, the next phase starts after the chime. If the browser delays a transition or you reopen the page, start the next phase manually.
Pause or resume whenever you need to. Restart offers two choices: restart this round's focus timer while keeping earlier rounds, or restart the cycle from round 1. Restarting during a break returns to focus. Both choices keep today's completed focus time. Skip moves straight to the next phase. Stop ends this session.
Today counts fully completed focus sessions and their focus minutes, saved in this browser. Breaks, skipped phases and unfinished sessions do not count. A session belongs to the local date on which it finishes, including when you return after it has ended.
Changes to the lengths apply to your next session. The active session keeps its original lengths, including later rounds. Your choices and active timer are saved in this browser when storage is available.
Keep screen awake works while the timer runs and this page is visible, when your browser permits it. Time-up sound is scheduled when you start each phase; device sleep or browser restrictions can interrupt it. Missed alarms do not replay when you return.
